Guarantee
We even offer a guarantee - If, at any time, you are not satisfied with the quality of your Custom Printed Product, notify us and we will redo your order.
STOCK ITEMS:
- If dissatisfied with the product for any reason it may be returned.
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged and customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Defective products will be replaced or refunded at Minuteman Press's option.
- Minuteman Press will pay shipping costs to send replacement product and for return of the original product.
* SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS (NON CUSTOM)
- Special order items are not returnable.
- Defective products will be replaced or refunded at Minuteman Press's option.
- Minuteman Press will pay shipping costs to send replacement product and for return of the original product.
* CUSTOM ITEMS MANUFACTURED BY MINUTEMAN PRESS
- Defective products will be replaced or refunded at Minuteman Press's option unless a First Article would have revealed the defect.
- In this case, Minuteman Press is only liable for the first $250.
- Minuteman Press will pay shipping costs to send replacement product and for return of the original product.
- If customer decides they would prefer a change in the specification
- Minuteman Press will remake the product to the new specification at customers expense:
- Less a credit of 50% of the original cost (excluding shipping and handling), but not to exceed $100.
- For orders over $200 Minuteman Press will allow a credit of $100 plus 15% of the amount over $200 (excluding shipping and handling).
- Customer is responsible for return and replacement shipping costs.
- Products made to specification are not returnable.
* COLOR SPECIFICATIONS
- Minuteman Press accepts color specifications in hard copy or by Pantone Matching System (PMS) colors only.
- At customer's request, products will be made based on computer image files or general verbal specifications at customers risk.
- Without an acceptable specification, Minuteman Press, makes no color guarantee whatsoever.
- Comparisons to PMS colors are approximations -- however, PMS matching is possible for full color printing for an extra fee.
- Variations in materials, stamping foils, printer ribbons, computer displays, equipment, and environmental factors preclude any precise guarantee of colors.
- If color matches are important, we recommend the purchase of a First Article.
- A color sample may be sent in some circumstances.
- However, no guarantee can be made that there will not be minor variations from lot to lot or even item to item within the same batch.
* TOLERANCES
- Products made within Minuteman Press tolerances will not be considered defective.
* FIRST ARTICLES
- A limited guarantee applies to orders over $250 for which the customer elected to not receive a “First Article”.
- Full credit will be issued for the amount paid for a First Article, excluding shipping and handling, on the final order.
* REORDERS
- Future availability of identical materials, stamping foils, printer ribbons, or equipment cannot be guaranteed.
* BILLING AND PAYMENT ISSUES
- Discuss billing and payment problems with Customer Service. The remedy, if any, will depend on the specific circumstances.
* LATE ARRIVAL OR LOST SHIPMENTS
- Refund at customers option or replacement shipment or refund, at Minuteman Press's option
- Will be made if an error is caused by Minuteman Press or if the shipment was shipped via Minuteman Press's preferred shipping method.
- Excess billing charges for late packages can be refunded if Minuteman Press is notified within 3 business days of the expected arrival date.
* CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review all proofs for custom products and return the approved proofs to Minuteman Press in a timely manner.
- Proof approval means customer approves the specification and layout exactly. Be sure to call if there are questions or doubts.
- Lists to be engraved/printed are to be prepared to the specifications required by Minuteman Press. More Info.
- A reorder of a product for which no approved proof exists is deemed equivalent to signing a proof for the original product
- If time is important, notify Minuteman Press immediately (ie, if an issue is recognized at 10:30 notify us at 11:00, not 4:00).
- Notify Minuteman Press of any shipping problems as soon as the problem is recognized. Failure to do so may eliminate some remedies.
- Order a First Article on large orders to confirm the acceptability of the product.
- Mistakes made by customers such as incorrect name spelling, sending the wrong logo, or changes in tag content are NOT covered by this guarantee.
